When do you start working on my project?

As soon as I receive your order and payment (50% upfront) or proof of payment, I begin your project. It is usually within a few hours to one business day.

Do you offer rush service?

Yes, however I will need to know more details about the project. Please note the rush service will be charge 50%-100% of the price.

PAYMENT

> Design is a creative process that not only takes time and experience, but it is also an extensive research to better understand your needs. You will be requested to pay 50% upfront (deposit) and the remain amount after the project is finished. Deposits are non-refundable unless SP Designs is unable to complete your project due to unforseen circumstances.
> Orders are put in queue according to when payment is made.
> Payment Method: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

> Once SP Designs has delivered a project and the client has taken possession of the project, we will not take responsibilities for any work done on the project that is not done by SP Designs. If things break down because of something that the client has added, SP Designs is not responsible or liable for making it work again. However, we will rectify it for a fee.
> Previously existing effects may have to be modified to work well with the present layouts/designs.

DESIGN CREDIT

SP Designs will include a small graphic or web design credit on the completed projects which will state either, “created by SP Designs www.sp-designs.net; unless client requests in writing that the credit should not be printed.

IMAGES/ FILES/CONTENT HOW TO SEND

The large quantities of files: images, text (content for website) etc. used for a project should be put in the .zip format or .rar and attached to the email. This will eliminate the extend number of emails I receive for the same project.

Do your services include domain name registration and website hosting?

No. My services do not include domain name registration or website hosting. I provide graphic design and website maintenance/ development

What items do I need to provide for SP Designs to start my web site design?

To better understand your business and your goal. Please include in your email:
- Number of pages (e.g HOME, ABOUT etc.)
- Color schemes that you might like.
- Websites that you like.
- Pictures, content for the website.
- Your logo (if you have one)

Will I be able to update the website you created for me?

Yes, after your website is completed, I will send you a copy of your website files. You can update your website on your own or if you have any difficulties I can do it for you for a small fee.
I offer daily and monthly maintenance as well.

Do you claim the rights of created logo design?

All rights of the logo purchased belong to you. However, I reserve the right to display all logos on my website.
